Rental Call Center Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Saint Cloud, MN posted February 23, 2021.

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Call Center Coordinator to join the growing Rental division. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual to excel in supporting customers and become an expert on Ziegler Rental products and services. This position will manage the customer experience on the equipment phone line, and will work with the Rental team to provide exceptional customer service and solutions. This position will work with multiple areas of Ziegler’s business including Rental, Sales, Service, Parts and Technical Support. The Rental Call Center Coordinator will receive and respond to phone and internet requests from Ziegler employees and customers.Responsibilities:* Provide exceptional customer experience by answering initial customer telephone calls regarding Rental, Parts and Services and direct or escalate the requests to the appropriate team member(s)* Resolve basic rental requests from internal and external customers regarding Ziegler equipment, deliveries and returns* Handle closing of rental contracts, distribution via mail or email, and invoicing and collection of payment on cash customer accounts* Develop product knowledge and resources on current and emerging Rental equipment and applications* Assist the Rental Services team with various administrative duties such as, new product introduction, integration into Ziegler’s product portfolio, mail sorting and general filing* Generate awareness of customer frustrations that could lead to escalated resolution needs* Collaborate with other coordinators, outside and inside rental staff, dispatchers, and shops to ensure the accuracy and completion of paperwork and contractual agreements* Work in a cooperative manner with team and superiorsQualifications:* High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year Technical or 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Customer service skills/experience required* Related industry knowledge preferred* Personal attributes: Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Learning Orientation, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving, TeamworkTravel:Up to 10% travelMinimum Physical Requirements:Standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearingThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
