n nWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior ClientnService Representative.n nAs a Senior Client Service Representative, you will be actively involved innsupporting the service of investment and insurance products, while interacting directly with ournclients.n n Tasks: n Meeting preparation Trading Maintaining our client relationship Management database Providing required forms, following through to ensure processes are completed.
The position also includes tasks such as account opening, general business processing, and administrative duties.
n nSuccessful candidates will demonstrate a passion for delivering superior client service and be able tonwork in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
You are detail-oriented with provennorganizational skills, able to work independently, and can easily multi-task.
You will be expected tonhave excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly professional whilencommunicating with clients by phone or in-person, and with other members of the team.
An idealncandidate is always looking for ways to assist the team and take on new tasks that may arise as thenbusiness changes.n n Responsibilities: n Assist with day-to-day operations Schedule meetings Collect relevant information and documentation to set up new accounts Process required paperwork for investment transactions; interact with broker-dealer Process account trades at direction of Financial Advisor Respond to client inquiries Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service Maintain and manage client database (CRM) Provide compliance and marketing support n n Requirements: n 1+ years experience in the financial industry Associates degree or equivalent Self-motivated Highly detail-oriented Driven to deliver superior client service Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy and prioritize tasks Demonstrate a high level of professionalism Excellent interpersonal skills Highly ethical team player; a desire to work in a small team environment Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures and compliance regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Series 6 or 7 and 66 (or 63/65) n n3217524/DOFU 8-2020n n nn nn
