The Business Line Offering/Product Manager is responsible for leading, managing and directing all of the offering management related activities within their business and/or product line. At Honeywell, the offering/product manager owns a product line end-to-end and is accountable for product profitability (P&L).
The successful candidate will: Establish/formalize partnerships and other inorganic strategies. Drive efficient development of high value, differentiated offerings between Honeywell and partners. Execute sales and strategies to win in the marketplace and create new growth franchises for Honeywell. Combine a sound business background with exceptional analytical, entrepreneurial, and strategic skills.
The BL Offering/Product Manager will network with industry leaders and build relationships to facilitate expanded sales opportunities and have a passion for our markets and products, and an ability to communicate with technical professionals and work closely with customers, manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, internal senior executives, Field Sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organizations product portfolio today and in the future. Bottom line, you own the product plans, strategy and profitability.
