We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Global Sales & Strategy team in Oakdale, MN.

Position Summary:

The Print Systems Division Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to Kodak?s graphic Territory Sales Managers (TSM) during both sales process and continual account management activities.   Help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support and ensure that all customer/sales request are met in a timely and expeditious manner.  Play an integral part of the sales team, communicating and recording customer interactions.  Provide assistance to the Territory Sales Manager throughout the various steps of sale:  i.e., researching information for account planning, building presentations, drafting solution proposals, drafting quotes, assisting in contract management, and assistance in other critical sales-related services. This role serves to introduce and teach the Sales Support Specialists of Kodak?s systems, concepts, policies, procedures and best practices within our sales and customer management environments. This group of talented sales support specialists will be trained to improve the efficiencies of Kodak?s existing Territory Sales Managers and processes to further enhance the customer experience with Kodak.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Use sales communication techniques and tools (written & voice) for customer interactions. 
  • Use Sales Force and other pertinent Kodak systems necessary to perform the job.
  • Support the maintenance of pipeline accuracy. Forecast and track key account metrics accurately.
  • Use of CPQ for quote generation and adjustments.
  • Assist in management of existing accounts, handling such items as service and billing concerns, demos and installation coordination.
  • Assist with escalations as needed.
  • Coordinate new business and material set up requirements.
  • Work with Customer Service and other crucial back office functions on account level requests and requirements.
  • Maintain routine contact communications with assigned accounts.
  • Interact with Kodak?s Credit, Service, CPPA, and other back office personnel.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Proactively assist in the timely and successful delivery of Kodak solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • dentify and grow opportunities within territory working with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Help create Best practice standardization and procedures.
  • Help Kodak to improve processes by bring creative and fresh new ideas.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service/Customer Contact role
  • Excellent Organizational/multi-task management
  • Aptitude to understand technology ? Hardware, Software, Professional Services
  • Social media experience ? Experience with social media tools (Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook for business)

  • Outgoing personality ? Must be comfortable and have the ability to communicate with customers/prospects
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communications skills.
  • Has worked in a team environment and is a team player who is coachable.
