People Experience Leader

The following are key areas of responsibility with bulleted immediate specific needs and priorities. Our person understands systems, people and can communicate and convey messages! We need to measure, track, and inspire to truly reach our goals.

HRBP for Enterprise Area teams working with the VP HR across our functional teams and delivering consistent strategic frameworks across the businesses

  • Partner with leaders across teams of IT, Legal, Facilities, Business Development, Finance and HR, focused on supporting managers as they develop and engage their team members
  • Support HR needs as business partner to assure there is a strategy and efforts underway in alignment with the needs of the group and Enterprise
  • Own the plans to build morale, engagement and develop the organization
  • Anticiapte and build organization charts and contribute to organization strategies
  • Talent reviews, organization charts, engaging, change, communication

HR Initiative Project management and accountbitly for coordinate deliverables on key projects.

  • COS alignment across Enterprise
  • Employee Brand and Value proposition embedded into our communications, practices, processes, teams, including message architecture, delivery plans and Intranet and Internet (external facing) communications needs to ensure development of our employee brand
  • Support Wellness Community Pillar, contribute to D&I, Veteran recognition, and talent pipeline development, including relationships across the company
  • Follow up and support of all HR projects with tools, and dashboards to keep track of progress to deliverables.

Lead our HR analysis, metrics, and measures. Work with the company Data reporting community and assist us in creating and sharing proactive and retrospective insights in PowerBI reports, Infographics, and presentations. Drive continuous improvement, automations across HR and in support of the businesses. Responsible for budget and financial planning across the function.

  • Create HR dashboard (integrate UKG and PowerBI reporting)-Q1
  • Help the team identify and manage burn down of redundancy and inefficient practices with focus on digitization and automation
  • Maintains our organization charts and key HR documents
  • Conducts workforce analysis and develops delivers tools for predictive analytics
  • Support HR VP with MBR and key presentations and analysis

Employee relations partner with leaders & Legal in conducting

Investigations and consistent policy enforcement

  • Manage Ethics Point day to day and identify compliance training, policy, and practice needs. Lead twice a year review of EthicPoint feedback, issues to address and recommend enhancements and changes. Collaborating with legal.

Support systems enabling strong performance management and feedback working closely with Learning and Development and Total Rewards to assure quality systems that offer insights and accelerate development of our talent

  • UKG performance management (on-time reviews, goals/personal
  • development plans, succession/high potential identification
  • Work with L&D to support Co Pilot program & identified learning needs
  • Work with HRBPs and VP HR/L&D leader to analysis and deliver strong materials in support of talent reviews, track PM and talent processes

Employee Engagement and Experience strategies and execution driving Enterprise and business needs through focused strategies based on insights and expectations

  • Implement new employee survey solution-Q2
  • Project manage our deliverables across Enterprise to measure improvements and actions in response to surveys
  • Help support/promote wellness program
  • Duluth employee events and cross community efforts support, managing how we align and coordinate to the Company Community policy and Wellness pillar.

Policy, Process and Practice alignment across HR in support of Enterprise objectives and plans

  • Employee Handbook update-Q2 (administer policies fairly/consistently/Compliance hotline)
  • Compliance audits (National Security-Jan, Affirmative Action-Q2, Employee badges-Q3, Ramp badges-Q4, work visas)
  • International record keeping, Visas, Expat and key employment needs including supporting CET HRBP with Velocity and reporting needs
  • Assures our employment records are maintained, accurate and up to date with easy to use systems

Skills and Experience

  • Success and experience working with people and demonstrating a love of teaming and collaboration
  • Education and experience focused in Human Resources, Psychology, Business and/or Data and systems
  • Project management team or sub team leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tell compelling stories
  • Strong social media savvy
  • Stronger desire to learn and create and comfortable the ambiguity and challenge of evolutionary change at a fast pace
  • Exposure to agile change management and design thinking and experience facilitating complex conversations
  • Ability to create accurate and compelling data analytics in multiple platforms such as PowerBI
  • Experience with talent management systems and advising managers and employees for effective relations
  • Committed to engaging people and creating engaging fun environments
