Tail Wind Account Executive: Are you a solutions oriented salesperson interested in building long-term, value-based relationships with customers?

Tail Wind is looking for an Account Executive with 2+ years of outside sales experience to build long-term customer relationships and sell application and data solutions that deliver results.

We are an IT Consulting Services company-Microsoft Gold Partner-that delivers Data Architecture and Business Intelligence solutions.

We offer cloud and on-premise Data Architecture, ETL Development, Data Migration, Reporting and Dashboard solutions.

We’ve established an excellent reputation providing these services to awesome customers!

Build long-term, value-based relationships with customers.

Establish initial meetings with customers to discuss their project needs.

Call on existing accounts to discuss solution requirements and receive feedback on existing projects.

Introduce our solution architects to new and existing customers (team-selling approach).

Host solution presentations and discussions involving members of our technical teams at client sites (Lunch & Learns).

Periodically attend trade shows and user group meetings to interact with industry experts and network with customers.

A friendly sales disposition, great communication skills and a highly adaptable personality coupled with a unique ability to quickly assimilate new technology as it relates to business problem solving.

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a successful track record.

The ability to identify potential new customers and build client rapport and clearly articulate our value proposition.

Experience maintaining long term customer relationships, skills in active listening and building solutions that lead to mutual success.

Great phone skills, a bit of a marketing flair and the tenacity to always, always, always be networking.

Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales-especially within the IT industry-is highly preferred.
